All shipping will be done with an overnight air service, and a fee of $30-$65  will be charged depending on location. You pay the exact cost of shipping the package to your address, no money added for my expenses such as box fee, deli cups, packing materials, and heat/cold elements. I choose to eat those cots for you. Shipping is non negotiable, as I cannot negotiate with ups to lower costs of your package (you pay exactly what I'm charged). If you don't pay it, I have too, and I'm not receiving a dragon LOL. We choose to use UPS next day air as our shipping service unless another is requested by a customer with an account elsewhere. Payments are accepted through Pay Pal or Money Order. At the time of delivery an adult must be home to sign for the package, and send an e-mail to us upon arrival for the guarantee to be in force.  Your dragon will have a health guarantee for 72 hours after the package is signed for,  and a lifetime guarantee from Mystical-Dragons for any questions or concerns you may have throughout your dragons lives. In case of a mishap or the animal arrives DOA we must be notified immediately, and the body must be held on too, for further instructions from us. Our guarantee is void if the package is unsigned for or the animal comes in contact with other reptiles. Any new dragon must be quarantined for your safety, my safety, and for the guarantee to be in effect.
